Refunds and cancellation

1. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the subscription screen. Your account stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, then closes. We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are for access to software and are not usually refundable. We will refund a charge where we billed you in error, where a duplicate payment was taken, or where the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault.
3. Metered artificial intelligence charges
Metered usage already consumed is not refundable. If you believe usage was recorded in error, tell us within thirty days and we will investigate and credit anything charged incorrectly.
4. Adding and removing rooftops
Adding a rooftop is charged immediately on a pro-rata basis. Removing a rooftop credits the unused portion against your next invoice rather than as a cash refund.
5. Business customers
The service is supplied to businesses. Consumer cancellation rights, including the fourteen-day cooling-off period, do not apply to business subscriptions.
6. Disputes
Raise a billing query with us before contacting your card provider. We aim to reply within five working days.

CarDealerOS is a software subscription. Each dealership using the platform is responsible for its own regulatory permissions and publishes its own terms.
